Located in the small town of Bunn, North Carolina, Bunn United Methodist Church has served the surrounding community for over 100. If it should be God’s will, we will continue to serve this great small town for another 100 years. At least!
There are a lot of things going on a Bunn UMC. From our Food Pantry to the Garden right next to it, we seek to care for our neighbors by offering food assistance to those who need it. When the season is right, we have veggies available straight from the garden. We also serve those facing food insecurity through our Thanksgiving boxes that we put together each year and hand out. We try to do our part to make sure everyone has a nice meal to give thanks.
When you visit, you probably see our fellowship hall right next door. We are happy to say that this space gets a lot of use. During the week, our Helping Hands Childcare watches over children with love and care while helping to learn and grow in the faith of Christ. Several evenings each week there is an AA group that meets. We are blessed to have them and the good work they do, right here with us. We also have meals, movies, and other events throughout the year in this space. When you visit, be sure to ask to check it out!
